The Assistant can do most of the navigation and preparation across FamilyMacro, but estimates, logs, plans, privacy changes, goals, reminders, subscriptions, health connections, and other sensitive actions remain reviewable or confirmation-gated. Child-health, allergy, medical, or therapeutic nutrition decisions should be handled with qualified professionals.
