Account Deletion

Delete a FamilyMacro account

FamilyMacro account deletion is available from the app when you can log in, and through support when you cannot access the account.

Delete from inside the app

Log in, open Settings, then use Delete account. You must type DELETE to confirm. This is intentional so a family account cannot be removed by accident.

Support deletion request

If you cannot log in, email [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask for account deletion help.

Subscription cancellation may still need to be completed through Stripe or Google Play depending on where the subscription was purchased.

Before you delete

Deletion may remove household setup, visible nutrition logs, support history, and billing summary access from the FamilyMacro account. Export anything you need to keep before confirming deletion.
